The Tea Hive is a magical tea and coffee shop tucked away in the heart of Chorlton. The owners are sweet and hospitable which brings a warmth to the environment that couldn’t be achieved any other way. Their pumpkin spice latte is the best one that I have ever had. Autumn in a cup.
They make quite a yummy breakfast as well. Their bread and baked goods are fresh and did I mention that they’re delicious? We are a church that loves Chorlton and if you live nearby or are coming for a visit don’t miss out on this little gem! The cozy environment lends itself to a quiet place to work, read, and enjoy conversation with a friend. The kind staff keep me wanting to come back.
I am so grateful for this little coffee shop. It’s one of the places that I first felt at home in Chorlton. It is such a beautiful thing to create an environment where people feel at home. Jesus provides true respite. He is where we can find hope, wholeness, and a home. I pray that anyone who enters the Tea Hive would get a divine curiosity. I pray that that empty feeling would lead them to seek for more and that in that journey of yearning you would bring them to your heart God. Bring Christians to the Tea Hive and compel them to share the hope and love that only comes from you. Send people with questions and an openness for conversation. Create an environment of safety in the Tea Hive that would cause people to share their hopes and fears. We want to be a church that loves this city well may it start in the Tea Hive.
